Pity it uses SD rather than more popular (= more options) CF memory. 3. Price? How does it compare to the other HD recorders you mention? 4. You say it can power mics, but what voltage? 1V? 10V? 48V? 96V?... 5. Most crucially, how do recordings made with the R-09 _sound_? Are the built-in mic-pres adequate?
