In case Seth's explanation was a bit obtuse, yes, Data Dats are
great for recording audio. Just keep in mind, at SP speed, you get
twice the number of minutes as the number on the tape. In other
words, a "90" data DAT lasts 180 minutes, or 3 hours.

Hi,
The Allman Brothers and Government Mule are playing on Friday 8/25/2006 at
Meadowbrook Farms in Gilford New Hampshire. Both bands are taper friendly.
Venue website is http://www.meadowbrook.net
A friend of mine picked up 2 tickets and can't make it, so he is looking to
unload them for face value of $65 each. They are in Section E, row 33, seats 3
& 4, which is under cover from the weather, fairly close to the soundboard (and
me).
New Hampshire is beautiful this time of year :-) If you are interested please
email me (joe@bouchard.com, please include a phone number), and I will put you in
touch with my friend.
Thank you,
Joe
