I have been slowing down on my trading over the years and have  
accumulated over 3000 DATs, 3000 Cassettes (pre-DAT era), and 500 VHS  
tapes. I have acquired other people's DAT collections and I simply  
have no time nor room for them as much and would like to consolidate  
my collection some, particularly since transferring all these to a  
permanent medium is not feasible. All my collection has been stored  
in a temperature and humidity controlled area.  I plan on keeping my  
masters which is about 1000 tapes not included in original numbers

I would prefer to trade blocks of 100 tapes for blank DAT/DVDR media,  
No cherry picking tapes but traded in blocks by band(s). Other  
arrangements can be made within reason. My collection spans mostly  
alternative type music. For a list of bands or inquiries, please  
email privately off list. Only serious inquires please.

I have a steel cabinet, about 14" w x 36" d x 50" w with about 10 drawers.  I 
will hold about 750 cassetes or about 1000 DATs.  Very poor condition; needs 
paint, drawers stick, a little crooked.  Free for pickup within the next week 
at my home in Livingston,NJ.  After that--the curb.
