The guy has some graphs posted. http://computorney.com/nak/ Dave ========================== From: "Steve Novy" Subject: Nakamichi Mics? Date: Tue, 13 Feb 2007 07:26:08 -0500 What's the difference between CM100 & CM300? What are their frequency responses? Anyone know? Thanks for your help. Novy ------------------------------ From: "Dat Head" Subject: portable solid state recorders (edirol, microtrack, sony, ?) Date: Tue, 13 Feb 2007 13:42:42 -0500 well, the trusty Denon DTR80p seems to not be so trusty anymore - i was hoping to get a few more years out of it and probably could spend $100 to get it tuned up since i think that is all it needs. but maybe it is time for a solid state device - prices seem to have dropped. i read some reviews on the 'net but they were all fairly old so wanted to see what consensus is here on them and recommended place to buy. Edirol R-09 still the latest model - $399 (cheaper somewhere else?) i recall firmware issues but they have been ironed out now right? MicroTrack 24/96 $350? 4GB SD now around $100ish!? Sony PCM D1 - looks great but $1800 - give me a break - even with built in 4GB RAM and SMB-1 that is still $1000 too much! -- The difference between men and women is simple: A man falls in love with a woman he is attracted to, a woman becomes attracted to a man she fell in love with. ------------------------------ ** FOR YOUR REFERENCE ** To unsubscribe from this digest, please send email to dat-heads-unsubscribe@datheads.phish.net If your email address has changed, you may (optionally) send the message to dat-heads-unsubscribe-oldaddress=olddomain@datheads.phish.net and the old address will be removed.
