OK, I need to get my Dats transferred to my hard drive
before they get too old. I've tried a couple different
SCSI audio capable drives that give rather poor
results as far as diginoise, and my d100 has developed
a nasty tendency of eating my tapes, luckily after I
have transferred them, so far. So I need to pick up a
good old Dat Deck that can handle 90m (180 minutes)
tapes. I imagine I'll be watching ebay, so what model
should I be looking for? What is the taper
standard/workhorse dat machine for transferring?
Thanks all.
