Find the firmware (v.12.2) here:

Supposedly there is a 13.x version somewhere, but I couldn't
locate it, and 12.2 seems to be working for me.
I'm using DAT2WAV http://web.ncf.ca/aa571/dat2wav.htm (read
the DATFAQ). Click on the Download link to find the program.
You need to download the registration files to make it fully
functional.
You may need to update your ASPI drivers.

The hardest part for me was getting the SCSI ID numbers
correct in the command line interface.
If you can't get DAT2WAV to work, there is also VDAT (which
costs $100)
