In 20 years of trading i never had a bad experience as it's happened 
with Neil 
Sturtevant..
I posted one year ago on Datheads a request asking to find kind 
people 
who could help me to trasfer the remain of my dat collection. What i 

needed was  wav or flac files on dvd No need to have back dats back,
just a 
straight transfer on singles folders
Got several replies, one was Neil 
Sturtvent who asked for 20 dat masters

i did try to trace your dvd shipment thru USPS. no luck 
on finding it. i 
do
not have the files in my computer anymore. but i did make 
safety copies 
on
cd when i did the transfers. (and of course your dats are 
still here in 
your
box.) many shows will require editing as many of the dats 
required 2 
discs -
so i overlapped one disc with the next. i would be happy to 
send those 
to
you immediately or i will redo the recordings for you without 
cuts 
that
will take me a week. if i redo them, i will likely put them on a 
USB 
hard
drive and then send you the drive. then you can then download to your

computer. when finished you can send the drive back. i will include 
postage

for the return shipment of the drive.

again my apologies for this mess - it is 
all my fault. let me know how 
you
want me to procede.

anyway, and  I warned him  i would 
have  post what happened to me in all 
mailing list i knew, giving a closing 
date of Jan 15 2009 to have back 
what he had promised to do.
Nothing happened.

So this is the end of story.
